Hannah loved the idea of combining her love of shoes and her career as a shoe designer into the design of her Wedding Cake. The handcrafted sugar shoes can be kept as a lovely keepsake from their special day.  

 I began decorating cakes 19 years ago .This led me to attend the famous Thomas Danby College in Leeds, where I achieved a distinction in the City & Guilds Design and Decoration of  Flour Confectionery qualification.  Subsequently I studied and gained a teaching certificate at the University of Huddersfield and have taught at Selby College, Hull College and East Riding College. My skills and experience in cake decorating have helped develop a successful friendly business, trade marked with my signature butterfly on each creation. Cakes of Quality has now been established 5 years and has built a reputation for high quality bespoke wedding and celebration cakes.
